- The management of client settings and administration has been summarised (Details):
- Via "Administration > Clients" you can access the general client administration, in which you select the client to be edited.
- The settings can be searched.
- Authorisation templates: Several groups/role constellations can be added to an authorisation template via the administration. When assigning authorisations for users, rights templates can then be used to quickly assign several groups/roles(details).
- By default, access to the editorial server is only permitted for users who are logged in. This behaviour can be changed in the client administration under the "Rights" tab.
- If a new language is subsequently added to a client, all previous pages can be translated into this language. The corresponding settings are available when the language is created.
- Newsletter V2:
- The greeting in the e-mail template can be deactivated.
- A subscriber can subsequently change the selected subscriber groups/topics via an edit link without logging in.
- Subscribers can be created individually in the admin area.
- The validity period of the confirmation link when logging in can be set.
- Further subscriber details can be displayed.
- Email templates:
- The clients in which this may be selected can be set for each template.
- If a design is assigned to a template, the HTML and Smarty options are always activated implicitly.
- Workflow emails for escalation and resubmissions are only generated on the editorial server.
- Input plugin combo: Unknown elements are deleted immediately. Inactive and deleted elements are also deleted immediately via the only_active parameter(details).
- Multimedia: Existing files can optionally be replaced during ZIP upload.
- It can be set that groups may only be edited by superusers (analogue to roles).
- Rewrite2: Via the "Meta" tab, a page can set a URL prefix that is prepended to the actual URL for this and all subordinate pages.
