A search via Elasticsearch can now de-prioritise older results and give preference to more recent ones. The chatbot system prompt can be optionally extended, and pages can be selected whose sections are used exclusively for source searches. Some classes have been optimised for use in in-house developments. Automatic translation takes place by default for additional meta fields. The meta URL is also translated automatically and can be edited manually. Furthermore, content from the clipboard can be pasted with a single click. If the Responses API is used for the chatbot, the integrated web search can be utilised. An error with single sign-on has also been fixed.

A number of new features and customisation options have been introduced to improve the user experience with EGOCMS. For example, optimisations made to the way images and videos are configured make the system easier to use. Performance in the admin area and during live synchronisation has also been improved. On 27 June 2026, between 8.30 pm and 10.30 pm, there was a temporary disruption to our services due to a network fault at our hosting provider.

All services have been available again since 10.30 pm.

The performance optimisations affect the image and video elements in the front-end administration panel and in the archive. Selected images now use the highest specified width and height, whilst the TinyMCE update 8.6.0 has been rolled back due to issues with video and audio elements.

Input plugins can use a filter to restrict the pages that can be selected. A new form block has been introduced, allowing you to request reviews. Furthermore, email templates can now be edited directly via the Input Plugin through which they are selected. Various display errors have also been corrected and the performance of the link checker optimised.
